Wonderful pizza..so many different varieties. The service was super and genuine. A very low keyed and relaxed atmosphere. I have never been here before and neither had my two sisters. We will return most definitely especially after I was treated like royalty by proprietor when she found out it was my birthday. Totally unexpected but so appreciated. Great food, comfortable atmosphere, and sincere good people.

Located along 1st Ave next to Pike Place Market, this place is conveniently located in major tourist hot spots. The entrance is a bit unassuming, and the setup inside is fairly modest. This place serves Turkish food, and one of the items people generally order was the pide, so I got the beef pide which ended up to be around $20 after tax, a fair price for a fairly fulfilling meal. The downside I had was that it took close to 30 minutes for the pide to be prepared, but it was worth the wait as it was one of the better flatbreads out there. The filling itself - beef with cheese and bell peppers, were spot on in flavor and you are also served a thousand island dipping sauce that eased out the monotony of flavors when you eat the corner pieces of the bread. Despite the picture looking like it lacked filling, the filling is covered far and wide to almost every corner of the pide, a lot of which are hidden under the crust. If you have ample time and want to enjoy something a little out of the ordinary, this is definitely a place to try!

Just a short stroll from Pike Place Market, nestled on First Avenue, you'll discover Miss Cafe, a charming Turkish restaurant that feels like a little slice of Istanbul right in Seattle. In the summer, their outdoor seating is a perfect spot to soak up the lively atmosphere, surrounded by tourists and the hum of the city. Along with other items, they serve turkish breakfast all they long, so this is a great brunch spot. The owner, a lovely lady with a warm personality, and her courteous staff make every visit a delight. Their true talent, however, shines in the art of baking. Here's what I indulged in during my latest visit: Vegetable Pide - Imagine a thin, soft crust with just the right amount of chew, topped with a perfect blend of fresh vegetables and cheese. It was fresh, flavorful, and utterly delicious. 4.5/5 Lahmacun - This Turkish take on pizza is a must-try. The crust is incredibly thin and crisp, topped with savory, seasoned meat. For the best experience, enjoy it fresh and in-house. 4.5/5 Spinach and Cheese Börek - This dish is a personal favorite. Layers of flaky phyllo dough envelop a savory mix of spinach and cheese, accompanied by a fresh green salad, tomatoes, and a drizzle of molasses sauce. It's a perfect combination of flavors. 5/5 Manti - Delicate dumplings filled with meat and served with a generous dollop of fresh yogurt. These are tender and tasty, though a pinch more salt could elevate the dish even further. 4/5 Shakshuka - A creamy blend of tomatoes, eggs, cheese, and vegetables, perfect for mopping up with bread or Börek. It's part of their all-day breakfast menu, and definitely worth considering. 4/5 Lamb Platter - The lamb is slow-braised to tenderness, though I found it a bit dry and lacking in spice. Turkish cuisine tends to be subtle in seasoning, but asking for a side of sauce and adding a touch of salt really brings out the flavors. The rice could also use a bit more seasoning. I shared my feedback with the staff, who received it graciously. 3/5 Lamb Wrap - The wrap is beautifully thin and packed with fresh vegetables. However, the lamb inside is the same as the lamb platter, and it too was a bit dry. A little more moisture in the meat would elevate it. 3/5 Turkish Tea - A fragrant and refreshing black tea, perfect for sipping slowly. 4.5/5 Künefe - This dessert was delightful, especially when paired with the tea. It may not be the best Künefe you've ever had, but it's certainly satisfying. 4/5 Miss Cafe is a gem that brings the flavors and vibes of Istanbul to Seattle. Whether you're looking for a light bite or a full meal, there's something here to savor.

Lovely spot for breakfast, lunch or brunch right on the edge of Pike Place Market. I had a craving for shakshuka, and Miss Cafe did not disappoint! The dish arrived piping hot with a savory beef sauce, a couple of eggs with a side of salad and a pocket pita like bread which was so good on its own. The turkish coffee is also authentic and strong. I love pide so I'll definitely be back to give that a try and more.

We found this semi-hidden gem near Pike Place and had brunch. Their Shakshouka with pepperoni was fantastic! The flavors meshed well, and the bread that came with it complemented the flavors. Their lamb omelette was very good, too. Their tea was slightly bitter but came with sugar. Service was fine, ambiance was casual.

This place is located along the outer sidewalks leading to the main Pike Place Market sign. They have an outdoor patio to people watch & sit with your dog. There is also inside seating as well. They open fairly early and offer menu options for all times of the day. I came here for breakfast. We ordered the spinach borek, which is spinach & cheese inside of phyllo dough. We also ordered the lamb pide, which came with lamb, cheese, and peppers inside a folded bread. Both of these dishes were very good and I would get them again. I also enjoyed the sauce that came with it, as it added a vinegar flavor to the dishes. Overall, I'd highly recommend coming here.

Beef shakshuka for breakfast was literally one of the best decisions I've ever made in life. Hungover or not, this meal has magical healing powers. I'm a fan for life. It was incredible to be able to order this at 10 am and find not only friendly service but comfort in the food. This spot is very close to Pike's market, and I would tell everyone I love to go visit! It's cutely decorated and they have a very extensive menu. Service was very friendly! I miss it already. The bread served with this dish was wonderful to soak up the runny egg, beef/onion/pepper juices, and was also served with a lightly pomegranate-dressed salad. SO DELICIOUS! Next time I'm in Seattle, this is on my places to visit AGAIN! Don't pass this one up.
